San Francisco, March 31, 2026
FemPulseTM, a bioelectronic medical technology company with first application overactive bladder (OAB), announced today the successful close of its Series D financing round.
Peter Fredericks, Chairman of FemPulse, commented: “We continue to benefit from our strategy of working with value-added investors and family offices in the United States and Europe. All ten of our largest investors again participated in this financing. We also added selected new investors, including strategists such as former country heads for both McKinsey and the Boston Consulting Group and medical experts such as an MD/PhD in gynecology.”
Alexandra Haessler, MD, FemPulse founder and Chief Medical Officer, added, “I am very grateful to all of our investors for supporting us both financially and with valuable advice and contacts. It is inspiring to have experts from so many fields believe in the potential of our noninvasive neuromodulation Ring both for the 20% of women worldwide suffering from OAB and as a broader technology platform for data and therapy across indications.”
